About Me
Currently based in Philadelphia, PA, Em grew up in Iowa. They spent a few years studying Physics and Astronomy at the University of Iowa before their true passion won out: bookbinding and fiber arts.
Em has won the Creative Philadelphia 2025 Illuminate the Arts Grant.
They are one of the artists in the Ministry of Awe, and they were interviewed by Philadelphia Gay News about their work.
They are an artist in the Room for Grief art exhibit at Cherry Street Pier, which runs through the end of June 2026.
